Images & Colors: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and physical details of our watches accurately. However, your monitor’s display may vary slightly from the actual product.

Errors: Occasionally, information on the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to watch descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

Currency: All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

Price Changes: MOSSA watches reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Payment Methods: We accept Payment Methods, e.g., Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of an order. Due to the high value of luxury timepieces, MOSSA watches reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason—including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

Quantities: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any watches or services we offer per person, household, or order.

5. Shipping & Returns

Your purchase and delivery of timepieces are also governed by our specific store policies:

Shipping: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns: 14 days from the time of receipt of product. To be eligible for a refund product must be in brand new condition, with no signs of wear and with all tags attached. Refund is minus shipping costs.
